Referrals Program
Welcome! This page explains how our referrals work and what you and your friends can expect when sharing and redeeming codes.
Overview
- Share your referral code or invite link with friends.
- When your friend completes their first document processing, you both receive +3 extra pages automatically.
- Each user can refer and receive referral benefits for up to 10 new users total.
- Invites and codes expire 30 days after they are generated.
How To Invite
- Find your code in the app sidebar by clicking "Get referral details".
- Copy the code or the invite link and share it with your friend.
- The app shows how many referrals you have left (out of 10). Once you reach 10 successful referrals, you will not be able to earn additional referral benefits.
How To Redeem
- Create a new account and sign in.
- Click "Get referral details" to open the referral pannel in the app sidebar.
- Enter the referral code and submit. If the inviter has already reached their limit, we will let you know immediately.
- Process your first document to activate the bonus.
Note: Bonus pages are automatically added to both accounts only after the invitee processes their first document. Until then, your referral is saved in a "pending" state.
Replacing a pending referral code
- You can only have one referral code saved at a time.
- If your referral is still pending (you have not processed a document yet), you may enter a new code and confirm the replacement.
- Once a referral is activated, it cannot be replaced or redeemed again.
Eligibility
- Net new users only: To qualify as an invitee and receive the bonus, you must be a new Inboxparser user whose account is less than 7 days old from the date you redeem the referral code.
- One redemption per invitee account. After activation, additional codes cannot be applied.
Rewards
- +3 pages automatically added to the invitee when they process their first document.
- +3 pages automatically added to the inviter when the invitee processes their first document.
Limits
- Each user can refer and receive referral benefits for up to 10 new users.
- A code or link expires 30 days after it is generated or rotated.
- Pending referrals that are not activated within the invite window may be removed to free up quota.
FAQ
Why didn't I see the bonus immediately after submitting a code?
The bonus is automatically awarded after the invitee processes their first document.
Can I redeem a code if I'm an existing user?
No. Referrals are for net new users only—you must have never created an account with Inboxparser before to be eligible.
Do invites expire?
Yes, invite codes/links expire after 30 days.
How many friends can I invite?
You can refer and receive benefits for up to 10 new users total. Your remaining referrals are shown in the app's referral panel.
